I'm having problems with icloud 1. I'm currently using the iphone 5, and a few days ago I've upgraded to iOS 7.1.1 table, use very ok

when upgrading software I use my idapple, but it used to be one day start my computer login id account before, but I do not know of anything id before (because I bought the machines of others). and automatically lock computer. I use my id to activate the iphone but is not. but now I needed this iphone because I'm saving the important data hostname

I hope apple support this issue!
